(Received 1, 10.35 a.m.) Capetown, February 28. Mr. Robert Harris, son of Admiral Harris, Commander-in-Chief on the station, and Flag-Lieutenant Kennard have been fined £1 each for ducking Mr. Timbrel), editor of the Simonstown Chronicle, in the sea for writing disparaging articles.
