The Canterbury Steverdoring Asßociatien, a claim for £SOO damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff while engaged in discharging ballast from theship Theesalus, was heard before Mr. Justice Denniston and a jury of four. The jury found for the plaintiff for £175.
