Boer correspondence found by , General Buller at Green Hill showed that the besiegers of Lidysmith wore t shorthanded and un.ible to reinforce Oolenso. BRITISH GUNS ACROSS TCGELA. THE HILLS TOWARDS LADYSMITH OOOUPIED. (Received 24, 1.15 a.m.) London, February 23. General Buller has now got his heavy guns across the Tugela. The Naval Brigade occupy the hills ; towards Ladysmith.
