THE ARMY INCREASE SCHEME.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 23, 9.50 a m.) London, February 22. In connection with the Army increase scheme formulated by the War Office a bounty of £22 is offered exsoldiers rejoining the reserve for a and a bounty of £G for those rejoining the militia. It is expected 45,000 will respond.
