ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

[PEE PEBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, February 13. The body of Charles A. Deacon, a well-known commission agent, was found in the harbour this morning ilongside Jervoia Quay. H-t was last seen on the wharf about ona o'clock this morning, and the body was found about six o'clock. Deceased, who was well and popularly known in shipping I circles, some two years ago fell in the harbour while in a fit, and it is feared that he was seized with another fit this morning, Lateb. At the inquest on C. A. Deacon, nothing was adduced throwing light on the cause of the accident, except the evidence that once before he had a fit while on the wharf and fell into the water. An open verdict was returned.
