OBITUARY.
[PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, Februai'y 13. .The death is announced of Captain Frederick Armstrong, formerly of ELM. 14th Regiment, aged seventy. He served in the Crimean War and was wounded at Sebastopol. He also fought in the Taranaki and Waikato wars with his regiment. For many years he lived at the Thames, and latterly at Devonport.
