THE INSURGENTS HAVE HAD ENOUGH. (PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 8, 9.40 a.m.) Sydney, February 8. The mail steamer brings Philippine news to the effect that Aguinaldo's wife and her sister and a number of leading Filipino officers have surrendered to the Americans. It is stated that the insurgents in the north have generally lost faith in Aguinaldo after his coatinued defeats, and, with the exception cf a few, are willing to lay down their arras.
