AMNESTY OPPOSITION King Appeals For Loyalty Press Association —Copyright. (Received 12.5 p.m.) Brussels, July 2. King Leopold received representatives of cx-servicemen, who are profeting against the amnesty. He appealed for national loyalty, and pointed out that since the Amnesty law had been passed opposition was unavailing, nor gpuld a referendum be held.
