Mr A. Rumball presided. The suggestion of the A. and P. Association that classes for philatelists should be included in t>li.3> schedule of the Stratford spring show was agreed to. A prize was offered to the collector | who could identify thr/e stamps I shown, Mr W Dick, who was able to ! place one of them, being the winner. I Mr Dick showed sev-erial pages of stamps, illustrating the effects obI tained by different, methods of ar- | rangement. A collection of Italian i commemorative stamps was shown ! by Mr Rumball.
