Stratford Leads Juniors The Stratford team, leader in. the. Central Division first junior competition and virtual champion,, deserved more than its unconverted try, as a margin against Midhirst. J. Tubby ecored for Stratford. United gave Eltham a hard-won victory, playing much better to restrict Eltham’s score to a. try and a penalty goal. Inglewood secured la definite lead in the third grade by its defeat of school. Stratford put Inglewood out of the fourth grade, by a 3—o win, and Eltham, which had a bye, is two points behind Stratford with a game in Hand. Details are:— First Junior. Stratford 3 beat Midhirst 0. Eltham 6 beat Old Boy, 0. Toko a bye. Third Grade. Stratford 0 drew with Eltham 0. Inglewood 11 beat School 0. Cardiff a. bye. Fourth Grade. Stratford 3 beat Inglewood o. School Av. School B, to be arnanged during week. Eltham a bye.
