OFFICIAL COUNT.
The official count of votes in Tuesday’s Borough ay-c.lection took place yesterday. After the provisional count on Tuesday night Mr E. W. Hancock, who was (third in the polling, wits only six votes below Mr H S. Sinclair, but the recount showed a difference of ten votes.
