Tokio To Palau Island Press Association—Copyrignt. (Received 2 p.m.) Tokio, June 13. The Ministry in charge of Communications and the Administration of Mandated Islands will open a monthly air mail servi-e from Tokio to Palau Island in October. Th? journ\y will take two days of long ocean flights. Later passengers will be carried as well as mails.
