Tour Of Inspection Of South Seas Press Association—Copyright. Received May 29, 10.5 a.m. Toklo, May 28. The newspaper Nichi Nichi reports that the Supreme War Councillor, Admiral Fujita, will mafce a tour of inspection in June of the South Seas region at the request of the Minister of the Navy. Other councillors, Admirals Takahashi and Suetsugu, are similarly touring China and Manchukuo. The Nichi Nichi says: “The navy will use the three leaders’ reports and recommendations as the basis of a policy with which to face problems anticipated to arise in the Pacific and the Far East, and will carry out a new replenishment programme in view of the world-wide armaments expansion.”
