I An extensive man hunt by the polijcb following a burglary at the Bay View store ended in the early hours of this morning with the ar. rest of a Maori, aged 24, at. Te Pohue. He appeared in court on a charge of converting a car. A party of police l were sent from Napier yesterday afternoon and an all-day search failed, although shots were fired over the fugitive’s head when, he' was once sighted. The police stated that more serious charges would be preferred against the Maori on Monday week.
