The Duke of Windsor and Mrs Wallis Warfield rehearsed their wedding ceremony to.day before the Mayor of Monts, with whom they | joked about their French. i The Mayor, interviewed later, said: |“Mrs Warfield speaks French perfectly, and -the Duke of Windsor well, but not as fluently as Mrs Warfield.” The Mayor revealed it hat during the rehearsal there was no mention, made of the wife obeying the husband.
