Seven London Churches London, May 12. Metropolitan London to-day' has seven churches especially designed for the use of deaf mutes. St. Bede is the latest church of this type financed by the Royal Association of Aid of the Deaf and Dumb. Special architecture -is used in these buildings to take advantage of the faculty of sight possessed to an extraordinary degree by deaf mutes. Lighting arrangements are' skilful. The, minister is treated like an actor. Spotlights are trained on him and the sign language interpreter.
