At a price believed to be about £9OO a foot the Bank of New South Wales is reported to have purchased a I property in Queen Street, Auckland, ■ next to the Auckland Savings Bank, j following its recent purchase of two i adjoining Queen Street properties, I as a site for the erection of a large | hank building.
