REVIEW OF EX-SOLDIERS Viscount Galway Takes Salute Press Association—Copyright. Auckland, May 24. Modelled on the ceremony arranged in Bngland as part of. the Coronation celebrations, a review of ex-service-men and women was held in the Auckland Domain, this afternoon by the Governor. General, Viscount Galway. More than 3000 returned soldiers inarched from Grafton bridge, to 'th® Domain and formed "three sides of a hollow square while the port chaplain, Rev. H. K. Vickery, who saw service). on Gallipoli, dedicated, two. new flags of the Auckland Returned Soldiers’ Association. A crowd of more than 20,000 watched the simple but impressive ceremony. ( “This ceremony reminds u s of a great event which took place some 20 years ago,” said the Governor-Gen.
