To-day’s Recipe CHEESE AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE. A whole course in one dish is cheese and vegetable casserole, li cups milk, 1 cup soft breadcrumbs, 4 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 cup drained cooked vegetables, 1£ cups grated cheese, 3_B te/aspoonful salt, 1-8 keatpoonful pepper, 3 eggs. Method: Scald the milk and our over the breadicrumbs. Add bu ter, parsley, onion, grated cheese, and seasonings. Then add the well-beaten eggs. Put the vegetables in a well-greased laa.f pan, andl pour the milk and cheste mixture over them Bake in a moderate oven of 325 deg. F. for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves six.
