CONFERENCE CONCLUDES INTERNATIONAL PILGRIMAGE PLANNED • Visit To Battlefields Next Year Press Association—Copy'rlght. (Received 1.5 p.m.) London, May 18. The annual conference of the British Legion has concluded. The conference decided to eliminate the words “ex-enemy” from the correspondence from headquarters. The conference adopted the sug. gestion of an international pilgrimage to the battlefields in 1938, and decided that a delegation visit Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Rumania in connection with the scheme.
