CHARGES DISMISSED
Negro Religious Leader Press' Association—Copyright. New York, May 15. The assault charges against “Fath,er Divine” and his three' disciples were dismissed, the witnesses having failed to identify their assail! ants. “Father Divine,” the leader of a negro religious sect, was arristed on April 22 on a charge of felonious assault.
The Wanganella arrived at Syd ney this morning from Wellington.
