Stratford Defeat United The match between Stratford and United first juniors at Victoria, Park did not attract many spectators, the majority of whom found cover in the grandstand from the rain which commenced; to fall at the opening of the second spell. The conditions of the ground was not favourable to fast play owing to recent wet weather, and playere were handicapped in fielding the ball, but on the whole the display was poor for first junior beams.
