Mr E. P. Pridham was elected president of toe S ratfordi Acclimatisation Society at the annual meeting held lost night. Mr A. E.' Hunter, past-president of the S-'ratSord Acclimatise ilium iSo_ ciety, was unable to be present at the annual meeting last night on account of a sudden attack of illness in Broadway during the day.
