TARANAKI SELECTORS
Trial Match At Eltham The Taranaki selectors, Messrs W. A- Guy (Matapu), C. Brown (New Plymouth) and L. Hunt (Alton) met at New Plymouth on Saturday .to discuss represenitative matches.! They appointed Mr Guy chairman and arranged, with the union for a trial game at Eltham on May 19 to lassist in th e selector! of the (team to play Wellington at Hawera the following Wednesday. The game between North Taranaki and South TarLnaki sides will probably be played at either Stratford or Eltham. No final recommendation on the form of training for the Springboks match has been made.
