WAIKATO SHOW Very High Standard Reached Prt-B.' ’on Cop> uni Hamilton. May 10. The butter and cheese exhibits at the Waikato Show this year reach a very high standard, especially exhibits selected at random from the Government trading stores, according to the judges. Although the exhibits were held in cool stores for several months before judging, they opened in a remarkably fresh condition. . "rtiere Is a record entry of cheese in a clean, a:tractive condition, and It is pleasing to note that . mechanical openness is less noticeable, but a slithy texture is in evidence to some extent.
