The youths left hurriedly, bud were stopped a.t Upper Hu.t. “There is no criminality in this case,” said Mr Luxford: “The whole thing is one of those unfortuna e circumstances which sometimes occur. The case is adjournsd for a fortnight. You had better have is tarpaulin mud er and if the damage is paid for I prpose to dismiss 'he case against both of you.”
