FIRE IN HOSPITAL.
Outbreak Soon Extinguished / Press Association —Copyright. Westport, May 5. An outbreak of fire in the Buller Hospital to-night caused alarm, but the brigade was promptly on the scene and located the fire under the floor close to the operating then-tre and X-ray room. In the mean'ime a long corridor and the upstairs part of the building were filled with smoke, and as a precautionary measure the patients in the men’s sun ward were removed from the vicinity of the outbreak, which w’as soon extinguished.
