SYDNEY’S MILK BARS.
"The consumption of milk in Sydi ney has risen by more than 3,000,000 gallons in two years,” said Mr R. H. Nesbitt, newly-appointed chairman of the Milk Board of New South Wales, who arrived at Wellington from Sydney by the Awatea. "The rise in the number of milk bars, in Sydney >s largely due to the publicity they havo been given, and their popularity is evidenced by their spread throughout the metropolitan areas.”
