NOT GUILTY VERDICT
Theft Charge At Wellington Press Association—Copyright. Wellington. May 3. Theft of a roll of blue serge valued at £32 9s. belonging to National Woollen Mills. Wanganui, was alleged against Arthur Harold. Anderson, a watei-sfde worker, aged 45, in the Supreme Court to-day. The material allegedly stolen was part of a consignment to be taken from tihe Fordsdale at King's wharf on January 23 to Wanganui. Alternatively the prisoner was charged with receiving stolen goods. The jury returned a verdidt of not guilty on both counts.
