GERMAN DISCHARGED I No Evidence Brought By Prosecution Press Association—Copyright. (Received 2.5 pm.) London, April 27. Otto Klarl Ludwig, a middle-aged German, 'Who was charged earlier this month in the Mistley Police Court with being an alien and attempting to land in ib:; United Kindom at Parkeston Quay in possession of documents and data calculated to constitute an act preparatory to the commission of an offence under the Official Secreits Act, appeared in Court again to-day and was discharged. The Director of Public Prosecutions decided that there was no evidence and asked tor the dismissal of the e.harge. It was revealed that Ludwig had blueprints of an armour-piercing bul.et, but the prosecution wiae satisfied hat he was entitled to have hem.
