TO-DAY’S RECIPE.

Baked Raspberry Pudding. One pint o£ fresh milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 3 tablospoons of selfrajsing flour, 2 eggs, 11 tablespoons of sugar, 3 heaped teaspoons of raspberry jam. Put milk in a. saucepan and bring to boil. Add butter and allow to melt. Then stir in the flour blended with a little cold milk. Allow to cook two or three minutes. Remove from the fine and stir in the beaten yolks, sugar and raspberry jam. Put the mixture on to a piedish, and stand in a dish of 'Water and Hake in a moderate oven till slightly brown. Make a meringue of the whites of th.? eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Spread this’ on top of pudding and bake till a little brown in a moderate oven.
