STALIN IN DANGER. BOMB UNDERNEATH BUILDING. Moscow Theatre Manager Arrested. Press Association —Copyright. (Received 11 a.m.) Berlin, April 20. A News Agency from Moscow states that a plot to assassinate M. Stalin has been revealed by the arrest of M. Ljadoff, manager of 'a Lffttle Theatre frequently used by Stalin. A bomb ready to be exploded at will was found underneath the building.
