BOROUGH WORK.

Roads and Water-mains Reporting to the Borough Council last night, the foreman, K"r R. Richards, stated that the tar work for the season had been, completed. One hundred and fifty, chains of road had b en re-turfaced on various streets, and one mile of new road laid down.
