MAP OF EGMONT. Ready By Next Summer Tlie committee ot the Stratford Mountain Club met last night, Mr T. Kirkwood presiding. The sub-committee appointed to go into the question of the proposed map of Mt. Egmont, reported that the field work had not yet been completed by the Lands and Survey Department, but it was expected that next summer should see this 1 work completed. The map will probably show fifty feet contours. The sub-committee also submitted a list of material concerning the east side that it thought should be shown on the map. The report was received. The emergency list showed seven teen names on the first line, three on the second line, seven on the third line., and eleven people with cars willing to transport rescue, search or relief parties. It was decided to print this list for distribution to respon.

During the past month working bses had done a considerable amount of work, including repairs to the telephone line, carpentering at 'the Manganui hut, and improving the ski tracks.
