Girl Appeared Dressed in Scanty Shorts. London, March 20. A young woman accused at Campsie, Stirlingshire, of riding a. cycle wi hout a light, appeared in Court in very scanty shores, red stockings and cycle Ehoes. ColonMacfarlane, chairman of the Justices, said it was an insult to the (Court that she should come in front of them dressed like that, adding: “Continue this case and let her conic back properly dressed.”
