New Plymouth, April 14. “The theft of nine head of cattle, valued at £36, (he property of Harry Sandt, of Mahoenui, was admitted in the Police Court this morning by a farm manager, whose name was tup. pressed. The theft took place on March 24, when accused handed over 15 head to a drover for delivery to a freezing works. The owner identified nine head as hit, and the other four head are still missing. Accused was committed tor sentence.
