SINGER’S STAGE FRIGHT
Robeson To Give Up Concert Platform. London, April 12. The negro singer, Paul Robeson, has? decided he will never sing on the concert platform again because he suffers from a curious fear. “Hours before I am afraid something will go Wrong—that I will catch a cold or lose my voice, perhaps,” he taid. “It is an exaggerated form of stage fright. All I know is that I am scared stiff.”
