The Central News Agency says that the lawsuit Mr. Ernest Simpson versus Mrs. Joan Sutherland, action for slander, has been struck out of tlje list of special jury cases for hearing in the: current law term. The suit has been marked “’Remnant,” meaning that it is left over and may be restored to the list next term.
