ARMAMENT ORDERS.

Month’s Increase of £16,000,000. (British Official Wireless). Rugby, April 8. In the House of Commons last night, in moving the second reading of Government’s Special Areas Biill, he Under secretary of State for Scotand, Mr. H. J.
