Fatal Double in Melbourne.

A fatal double occurred at Williamstown recently, says a Melbourne writer. Parkdsfle fell in tbe Two-year-old Htwidicap, and dropped dead on returning to the birdcage. The stewards found ’that the cause of his fall was accidental. King Colossus was following Marauder in the Seaford Trial Hurdle, collided with him and threw a double somersault, fracturing his spine. King Colossus had to be destroyed.
