S'Jorms killed at least 12 persons in southern States.' to-day anil injured 50 on the first anniversary of the tornadoes which killed. 450. The wind raged throligh Tennessee and Texas, but the brunt waa borne by- Alabama, where six are dead. Buildings toppled, frees were uprooted and wires were blown down. There was also heavy rain, and flood warnings have been issued in Alabama.
