I Motorist’s Complaint. ! (To the Editor.) ; Sir,—The time is fact approaching ( when it will be necessary for the County Council (or S.T.A.A.) to erect at the corner of Monmouth Road a warning to motorists to travel in second gear along that road. Deep ruts and pot-holes make it imprudent for ! motorists to travel at more than 20 miles an hour if they would preserve tyre and axle intact.
