The Press announces.' that the Gov-ernor-General, Admiral Seizo Kobayashi, of Formosa, wil this Summer tour for two months in Soulth Seas countries, including the Philippines, the Dutch Indies, Singapore and Hong Kong, to expound the peaceful character of Japan’s soult'hward expansion.
