FREER MARKET URGED. BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS. Motion for Chamber of Commerce Meeting Press Association—Copyright. Received 11.30 a.m. London, April 2. The Leeds Chamber of Commerce is submitting a motion to the annual meeting of the Association of British Chambers of Commerce, which Is to be held on April 15 and 16, appealing to the Government to impress on the Dominions “the necessity for a freer market for British manufacturers.” The motion points out that concessions from the Dominions would stimulate Empire unity and enable the United Kingdom to import more primary products.
