Russia and Rumania. Press Association—Copyright. Bucharest, March 31. The Russo-Rumanian dispute of 18 years over Bessarabia has been ended by the Soveit officially recognising the province as Rumanian territory. It is expected that a Russo-Ruman-ian pact of mutual assistance will follow, possibly allowing Russians to traverse Bessarabia to assist Czechoslovakia in the case of attack.
