Cleaning a Mincer.

Mincing machines are not easy to take to pieces for the purpose of cleaning. The best plan, and one which leaves the machine quite dry. is to take a piece of very stele bread, or toast, and grind it through. This vtil be found to collect all the grease, fat and skin which adheres to the knives. Repeat until the crumbs come out quite clean and dry, and then wipe the machine with a cloth.
