Stalin, setting out a new programme against sabotage and Trotskyland were full of German spies and lan dwere full of German spies and wreckers, while Germany was equally full of English and French spies. These countries, therefore, had spies and wreckers in the Soviet. M. Stalin adds: “The capitalist countries are only awaiting a chance to attack and conquer the Soviet Union.” M. Stalin blames the higher Soviet officials for not detecting plots against the regime, and declares that M. Trotsky’s reserves are inside and outside Russia.
