England Wins International I Honours. Playing at Murrayfield recently, England beat Scotland at Rugby by 6to 3. England’s win wa-? its first victory at Murrayfield. England wins the international championship, having also defeated Ireland and Wales. The International Rugby Board has decided that the ball must be put ih the scrum from a) distance of at least three feet and so that it first touches ground beyond one foot of the nearest forward in each front row. It was also decided that a penalty try must be awarded between the goalposts.
