Aim of Belgian Fascists. Press Association—Copyright. London, March 20. The Brussels correspondent of the British United Press to-day interviewed M. Leon Degrelle, Rexist leader, who is to contest an election with the Prime Minister, M. Paul van Zeland, who said: “If I win I will immediately take power without a dissolution or a general election. We shall remove all economic and social affairs from Parliamentary control and hand them over to corporations.. Parliament will bo limusno the work of controlling and voting Budgets. If I am beaten I will resume work with the same ardour and optimism.”
