London, March IS. i Tribal conditions in Waziristan, a j district in the north-west province ot i India, are still causing anxiety, land particularly the northern territory ! where the Fakir of Ipi iy actively fastc-ring an anti-Government -campaign, states the Delhi correspondent of the Times. He is edeavouring to assemble the tribes for a Holy War. From nis sick bed, which is bring- carried among Ihe tribes, he is inciting them to acts' of hostility. There are no signs that he is receiving any assistance from the tribes on the Afghanistan sale of the border, although he has endeavoured to do so. There are many troops in the neighbourhood to meet any eventualities.
